Couples Therapy

Every couple struggles at one point or another and sometimes it is just too difficult to go at it alone. I have a strong appreciation for the power of couples who show up for each other to work on enhancing their relationships and their lives.


I encourage couples to consider the ways in which their patterns of communicating and relating to each other may be helping or hurting their relationship. This often involves encouraging each individual to share their experiences in the relationship in a way that can elicit greater understanding and support from their partner. Doing so can help redefine relationships in profound ways, build greater intimacy, and have a significant impact on wellbeing.

I specialize in working with couples through Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). This means that I encourage a focus on present moment experiences in the relationship, with an emphasis on supporting couples in building a secure connection that is long-lasting.
