Individual Therapy

Together we will build an environment in which you are heard and understood and collaboratively develop a pace and goals that fit your unique needs. I work primarily through an emotion-focused and client-centered lens in therapy, integrating mindfulness and body-centered approaches to treatment. 

 

Therapy is often an unfolding process. Working together, I will help you to develop greater awareness and understanding of yourself and your relationships with others. Through fostering greater knowledge and appreciation of yourself and your experiences you will become better equipped to create meaningful and sustainable growth and change in your life.

My approach is open, curious, and compassionate. My interventions are informed by Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP), Internal Family Systems (IFS) approaches, and Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT).
