Coping with Self-Criticism through Self-Compassion

When times get tough we can be so hard on ourselves. However, research shows that self-compassion is a much more effective resource than self-criticism. Through this workshop series you will learn the basic components needed to develop a self-compassion practice of your own. Each week I will engage you in mindfulness meditations and mental exercises to help you develop your self-compassion practice alongside a group of supportive peers. Join me to overcome self-criticism and build the life that you deserve!
